Service Description
The goal of the Military Relocation Professional Certification course is to educate real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Students will learn how to provide the real estate services-at any stage in the service member’s military career-that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals. This course is designed to assist the licensee in gaining critical knowledge to develop their expertise when working with veterans and active duty military. To provide access to the resources needed for finding affordable, suitable and maintainable housing solutions for military personnel. This course will make the licensee aware of the most current updates and changes pertaining to military housing guidelines

Cancellation Policy
Elite Real Estate Tactics Cancellation Policy At Elite Real Estate Tactics, we understand that schedules can change. To provide clarity and fairness to all our participants, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation Period: Participants may cancel their registration for any course up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time to receive a full refund. How to Cancel: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to brad@vbrg.net with an electronic return method (I.E. Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, Cash app). The timestamp of the received email will be used to determine eligibility for a refund. No Refund Policy After 48 Hours: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts. Missed Classes: If a participant misses a class without prior cancellation within the 48-hour window, no refunds or credits will be provided. By registering for a course with Elite Real Estate Tactics, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
